Before the Event
We’ll start with a conversation to understand your vision for the behind-the-scenes coverage, whether it’s a dynamic film production, a live stage performance, or a high-stakes rehearsal. Together, we’ll map out the best locations to capture key moments, discuss timing to align with critical scenes or lighting setups, and go over any standout elements that define your production. I’ll also share creative suggestions to ensure we highlight what makes your event truly special, be it the meticulous set design, the camaraderie of the cast and crew, or the creative process itself.
During the Event
As your event or production unfolds, I’ll be there to document every moment as it happens, seamlessly blending into the background to capture the natural rhythm and flow of the process. From the focused intensity of the crew at work to the unfiltered joy of performers preparing backstage, I’ll focus on the authentic, unscripted moments that reveal the heart of your production. My goal is to highlight the teamwork, creativity, and dedication that bring your vision to life while ensuring nothing feels staged or forced.
After the Event
Within two weeks, you’ll receive access to your private online gallery, where you can view and choose your favorite images. This gallery will remain live for plenty of time, so you can revisit the memories at your leisure. Each image will be carefully retouched to bring out the details and atmosphere of your production. Whether you prefer high-resolution digital files, stunning prints, or both, I’ll ensure the moments we captured are preserved beautifully, ready to be shared with your team or used in promotional materials.

1.How much does BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) photography cost?
Every BTS project is unique, with pricing depending on the shoot’s duration, location, and whether you need photos, videos, or both. Reach out with your event details, and I’ll tailor a package that perfectly captures your behind-the-scenes moments. Let’s bring your vision to life!
2. What types of behind-the-scenes events do you cover?
I document a range of BTS moments, from corporate events and music festivals to movie sets, rehearsals, and product launches. Whatever your project or event, I’ll capture the authentic behind-the-scenes atmosphere and details that bring it to life.
3. How long does a BTS photography session typically last?
Session length varies based on the event and your needs. I offer flexible coverage options, from a few hours to full-day sessions, and we’ll work together to make sure I’m there for all the key moments, from setup to wrap.
4. What’s included in a BTS photography package?
Each package includes on-site coverage of your event, a private online gallery for viewing and sharing, and options for digital downloads or prints. We’ll also have a pre-event consultation to discuss your vision, must-have shots, and any specific angles or details you’d like captured.
5. How will we receive our photos and videos?
You’ll get a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images with ease. If desired, you can also purchase prints and albums directly from the gallery.
6. What’s the turnaround time for receiving our BTS photos?
Expect to receive your gallery within two weeks after the event. I’ll send an email notification as soon as everything is ready for you to view and select.
7. Is retouching included?
Yes, all images include basic retouching and color correction to bring out the best lighting and tones. If you’re interested in additional editing, I’m happy to discuss your preferences.
8. How should we prepare for our BTS shoot?
Just focus on your event, and I’ll handle the rest! Let me know any key people or activities to prioritize, and I’ll blend into the background to capture everything naturally and unobtrusively.
9.Do you offer makeup artist services?
Yes, I work with a talented makeup artist named Elle, who specializes in camera-ready looks. Her rate starts at $150 per hour, and she’ll work with you to create a polished, yet natural look.
