Before the Event
We'll start with a conversation to understand your vision and the unique dynamics of your family event. I’ll help you choose the ideal location, whether it’s in your home, a scenic outdoor spot, or the event venue. We’ll go over any important moments you’d like captured, special requests, and outfit ideas to ensure everyone looks their best. I’ll also recommend the best times for natural lighting, like the beautiful golden hour, for outdoor shots that really shine.

During the Event
Throughout the event, I’ll blend into the background to capture natural, candid moments that showcase the joy and energy of the day. I’ll guide you and your family through relaxed, natural poses for those group shots, while also keeping an eye on spontaneous interactions that highlight genuine expressions. My goal is to keep the session easygoing so everyone can focus on celebrating while I capture the magic of your family’s unique connections.

After the Event
Within two weeks of the event, you’ll receive a link to your private online gallery, where you can view, select, and download your favorite images. The gallery will remain live for a for you to view, choose and download. Each image is edited to ensure the colors, lighting, and details are as vibrant as the memories themselves.

I capture all kinds of family events, including birthdays, reunions, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs, quinceañeras, baby showers, and holiday gatherings.

Session length depends on the event and your needs. I offer coverage in blocks of 1–4 hours,

but we can customize the timing to make sure we capture all key moments from start to finish.

Each package includes coverage of your event, a private online gallery for easy viewing and sharing, and digital downloads.

We’ll also have a pre-event consultation to go over your vision and any must-have shots.

5. How will we receive our photos?

Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share them with family and friends.

You’ll also have options for purchasing prints and albums directly from the gallery.

6. What’s the turnaround time for receiving our photos?

You can expect to receive your photos within two to three weeks after the event.

I’ll notify you by email once your gallery is ready for viewing.

7. Do you offer retouching on the images?

Yes, all images include basic retouching to enhance lighting and colors.

If you’re interested in additional editing, we can discuss any specific requests.
