Before the Event
We'll start with a conversation to understand your vision and the vibe you’re aiming for, whether it's an energetic party, a classic car show, or a unique celebration. Together, we’ll select an ideal location—be it an outdoor venue, a showroom, or a festive space, and discuss the best timing for optimal lighting, especially if we're capturing golden-hour shots. I’ll also provide suggestions on any details, such as focal elements, color themes, or layout, to make sure the photos reflect the full atmosphere.

During the Event
Throughout the event, I’ll capture authentic and dynamic moments, from candid interactions to striking details. My approach is all about blending into the flow to document every element, from animated conversations and laughter to impressive showcases. With a focus on keeping things relaxed and unobtrusive, I work to capture genuine interactions and unique highlights without interrupting the festivities.

After the Event
Two weeks after your event, you’ll receive a link to your private online gallery, where you can view and select your favorite images. The gallery remains live via an online gallery portal allowing you to choose the shots you love. High-quality images are available in both digital formats, print also available at an additional costs, with each one professionally retouched to ensure every detail shines.

2. How far in advance should we book?

For best availability, try to book 4–6 weeks ahead. However, if your event is approaching soon, reach out.

I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

3. What’s included in your event photography package?

Each package includes complete event coverage, access to a private online gallery, and options for both digital downloads and prints.

We’ll also have a pre-event consultation to go over your vision, specific shots you’d like, and any special requests.

4. How will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images easily.

If you’d like something physical, you can order prints or albums directly from the gallery.

5. Will you work with other vendors, like coordinators, DJs, or caterers?

Definitely. I coordinate with event planners, DJs, and other vendors to ensure smooth coverage that respects the event’s flow.

This helps me capture the best moments while everyone is at ease.

6. What’s the turnaround time for receiving our photos?

You can expect your gallery within two weeks after the event.

I’ll send you an email once everything is ready for you to view and download via the private online portal.

7. Are retouching and color corrections included?

Yes, every image includes basic retouching and color correction to enhance lighting and colors.

For any additional editing, we can discuss your preferences.

8. What’s the best way to prepare for our event shoot?
